MOTHER NATURE – GAINS RECOGNITION AT THE TOURISM FAIR "BALTTOU R2008"

At the tourism fair “Balttour 2008”, which was held in Riga, at Ķīpsala Hall, from February 8 to 11 and gathered participants from 32 countries of the world, the stand “Mother Nature” was nominated as the most attractive one for the second year running.

This was the assessment of the visitors to the Fair, the Association of Latvian Travel Agents and the exhibition company BT1.

Anyone wishing to receive the necessary tourism information, not only received it in a comprehensive and exhaustive manner, but the visitors were invited to join in the activities together with the forest witches and industrious elves from Tērvete Nature park, as well as the ladies from Jaunmoku Castle.

The fair visitors appreciated the uniform visual design of the exhibition stand and the booklets “Mother Nature”, but also indicated their wish to receive information about all recreation objects managed by the State Stock Company “Latvia’s State Forests” collected and published in one booklet.
