birojs

Taking care of the health and safety of JSC “Latvia’s State Forests” (LVM) clients, business partners and employees, we have taken the necessary precautions as required due to the state of emergency that has been declared in the country. As of 24 March, the reception of visitors at the LVM Customer Centre in Riga and regions, as well as at “LVM Sēklas un stādi” (LVM Seeds and Plants) Customer Centre in Kalsnava has been discontinued. At LVM nurseries and retail sites, customer service is organized so as to meet the increased safety measures. LVM's tourist and recreational facilities are also open to those interested, reminding visitors to comply with the restrictions on movement and gathering of people.

Recognizing the crucial importance of communication during the state of emergency, we are hereby kindly requesting our clients to:

  • Use telephone, e-mail, partner portal for communication, bearing in mind that some LVM employees work remotely;
  • Use electronic means of communication for document circulation and secure the signing of documents with a secure electronic signature, thus reducing potential risks, while improving the speed of document circulation.
  • LVM continues to receive its postal shipments and documents; they can be placed in a mailbox at the door of the LVM Customer Centre. In cases where a receipt for the shipment is required, please call the Customer Centre contact phone number.

    LVM continues to fulfil all of its contractual obligations towards its customers, both in the matters related to the delivery of the company's products as well as towards LVM's suppliers and service providers.
