Registrations for this year’s EFOL in Czech republic will soon be possible on the web site of the organising committee www.efol2009.czEFOL Team Leaders will firstly have to register as Team Leaders in order to have access to the registration form. Separate registration of accommodation in Zlate Hory and for the championships is posssible and even recommended by the organisers.
EFOL received today the information from the organiser of the Slovakian ski-orienteering championships and the EFOL ski-OL on 14 February that the competitions will be moved from Donovaly to Skalka, around 70 km west of Donovaly and on the altitude of 1.300 m a.s.l., due to the present weather conditions in the initially envisaged competition area (not sufficient snow cover). Transports will be arranged.
The Slovakian Orienteering Federation together with the Slovakian Association of University Sports clubs, the Slovakian Forest Sport organisation ZSVTS, the local OL-club TJ Slava Ekonom EF UMB and IC EFOL are organizing the first European Foresters’ Ski-OL in Skalka(previously planned in Donovaly), Slovakia, on 14 February 2009 in close connection to the 41st EFNS at the same place.
